Our Mission
Despite its distinctiveness in the field of arbitration, sports arbitration is seldom part of the curricula of law faculties.
When finishing their law studies, most students have never even heard about sports law arbitration.
The Sports Arbitration Moot (SAM) aims at changing this by introducing sports arbitration to the next generation of arbitration practitioners.
